one of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the said County.
Who being severally upon Oath say And first
this Informant Margaret Snow< no role >
for herself saith
that she is a Washerwoman and lives in Peter Shoot< no role >
St James Westminster
in the House of Mr Boydthat on
Wednesday Evening last she hang Eight Shirts to
Dry in the Yard that about Six o'Clock she heard
some person come into the Passge this Informant
called out to know who was there & no persons
answering she came up stairs out of the Kitchin
and saw the Person now present who calls herself
Elizabeth Constable< no role >
in the Yard and upon looking at the
line saw all the said Linen was taken away & upon
the said Constables being Immediately searched
Saw at Eight Shirts taken out of her Apron which
were in the possession of this Informant belonging
to one Mr Akin & Mr Brown
And this Informant Ann Boyd< no role >
for herself saith
that she was present when the above mentioned Eight
Shirts were taken out of the Apron of the said
Elizabeth Constable
as aforesaid
