That he was Yesterday in Company with the above
named William Nash< no role >
Esquire the Prosecutor at his
House at Tedington
in the County of Middlesex
when his dealared he was very Ill with a Fit of
the Gent and that he could not possibly atend
this Honourable Court to give Evidence on the
above Prosecution or to that Effect, and saith that,
he this Deponetn is bound over to appear here [..]
the above Rosecution against the Defendant and
that he verily believes the above named Prosecutor

is very Ill of the Gout or
some such Disorder, and cannot during this
Session atend this Horourable Court, or at least
cannot without the manifest, Hazard of his Life,

the Proseadox would willing by have atended
the Court to have the Matter brought on and is not
desireous to have the same any way delayed
the Sessions House as the Old Bailey
