Who severally being upon Oath says and first
this Informant Joseph Ball< no role >
for himself
saith that about Eleven o'Clock last Night
he was conning along Monmouth Street
Saith Giles
he was two Women one of whom is a person
now present who calls herself Elizabeth Lindey
accosted him pretending that her Sivtes had
been Used exceedings [..] by her Husband & begged
of this Informant to go Forme with them &
endeavour to make peace when she would
heat him with whatever hewould drink
& up his asking them where they book they say'd
not by Saint Giles is Church this Informant
at first declinsd going with them saying he
was on Ulter Stranger & did not choose to
Interfore least the partys should all units
& not him ill for so doing but upon his being
prosed against le sayd & she was going that
way be would see them as for as Saint Giles
church that a little before they came this her
the said Elizabeth Siad sey took hold of his
Ann in such manner that he could not well
got red of her which the other ran before
producing to go & light a Cand le & when they
came to the Corner of a Court called Farmers Court

go to a House in that Court in order to reconzince
