where he was putting the torn Note into his pocket

then snapped his fingers
at this Informant saying doe your worst you
shall never have a farthing that this Informant
obtained a Warrant from a Magistrate the same
Day & apprehend or the sd. Robert King< no role >
at a House
of ill fame upon Suffron Hillsbut before
the Warant was obtained upon the Immediate
pursuit of the said Robert King< no role >
he was taken
into Custody at the House of One Samuel

in Broad Street
St. Giles
when he
made his Escape
And this Informant Peter Dawson< no role >
for himself
saith that last Monday afternoon a person now
present who calls himself Robert King< no role >
came into
this Informants Shop & enquired for this Informt.
Brother who had been dead upon said of five Years
but this Informant finding from the Conversation
that he meant James Dawson< no role >
the other
Informant he sent for him. Upon the said
James Dawson< no role >
's coming into the Shop the said

Immediately say'd to him Damn
your little Eyes where is the Note when Jas.
Dawson replied he would fetch it & went out
& returned to the Shop in about Minute with the Promisory
Note now produced in his hand & upon his unfolding
the said Note this Informant saw the said

snatch the said Note out of the
hands of the said James Dawson< no role >

& Immediately went out of the Shop into the
Street where he put the said Note into his pocket
at the same time snapping his fingers & saying
new Damn your Eyes doe your worst I'll never
pay you a farthing & that the Promisory Note
now produced is the Note so taken & Camot away
by the said Robert King< no role >
as aforesaid
