Who severally being upon Oath say and first
this Informt. Michael Brayn< no role >
for himself
saith that on Monday the 13th. Instant about
9 o'Clock at Night be left the Queens
head Tavern
in Queens Street Lincolns Inn
Fields where he changed a Guinea to pay for a Bottle
of Wine & that he had in his pockets that afternoon
about twelve Guineas in Gold with some Silver
& particularly one Crown piece in & Kneef his Coat
pocket but is as a good deal in Liquor when he left
the above Tavern this Informant further saith
that about twelve o' Clock that Night he found
himself in a Street called Newtoners Lane
St
Giles Shipp'd of all the Cloaths except his
Shirt alone which was left upon him together
with all his Money and Many papers. but where
or by whom he had been so Robbed & Strip't this
Informt. cannot saybut that the Cloths now
produced are the property of this Informant & [..]
what he had on at the time & Place abovementd.
& which he was Stript & Robbed of as aforesaid

picked up

at the Conner of
Great Queen Street
in Drury Lane
that he was very
much in Liquor they took him along with them to
the Lodgings of this Informt. in Newtoners Lane
St. Giles
that these being no light the Gentleman gave
Six pence to Mary Brown< no role >
to fetch a Candle which
she brought accordingly after which the Gentleman
