And saith that after the Probbery that Night they
all three went to the Door of the House of Sarat
Davis's Lodgings where Poulton went in and
took the Hath along with him the next Day
abt. Noon they all three met at the Brown Bear< no role >
in Bore Sheet Covent Garden
where Poulton
declared to this Informant that the Hath was Pawned
for four or five Shillings at a pawn brokers the
Corner of Feather stone Buildings & Poulton gave (at which Place the sd. that was found according his direction)
this Informant One Shilling or Eighteen pence
for his Share & Haw him give the like Sum to
Burton for his Share
And this Informant further saith that some
little time after the above Robbery this Informt
& Isaac Poulton< no role >
& Edmd Burton< no role >
being together
met a Gentleman
in Holborn
abt 11' or 12 o Clock
at Night whom Isaac Poulton< no role >
went upto &
Struck him Blow on the Breast & look from
him a Watch which this Informt. though was
a Gold one that they were all three apprehended
on Account of this Robbery & taken be for Sir Jno
Fielding examined & Kept in Custody for about a
fortnight or three Weeks when they were all three
Discharged no Prosecutor having been found nor any
having as yet appeared
