Who on his Oath Saith that yesterday
William Waters< no role >
in Company with William Duffell< no role >
Proposed to this Informant to go out last
Night to rob a House, they had fixed on
for that Purpose to which this Informant
agreed and they then wentwenttogether at
Eleven O Clock Night to a Wheelwright
Shop Near St. Catherines
where the said
William Waters< no role >
threw up the Window of the
Workshop and went in, and brought
there out four Chissells this Informant and
the said Duffell then Waiting for him; and
they then Proceeded to the House of Mr. Pattens
of King Street
in the Tower
of Liberty and
about twelve O Clock that Night William
Waters< no role >
with One of the said Chissells first
found the Window Shutters of a back
Window and then the Window Open and he then
entered the said House with intent to Rob the
same, but were presented by a Person coming
by who Called out Thieves, when this Informant
and the said Duffell were Standing With cut Side
Watching, upon which alarm the said Waters
jumped out & they all made their Escape the
said Waters and Duffell ran off one way and
this Informant another
