of St. Pancras and in the said County
Wheel wright Taken upon oath before
me Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqr one of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
said County this 14th. Day of May
1772.

This Informant upon his
oath saith that one Edward Smith< no role > did
feloniously Take and Carry away
Two Spades, and one Pickase the
Property of AnnwidowHarrison
widow and that Florind a Mattook< no role >
Received the said Two Spades and one
Pichax< no role > from the said Edward Smith< no role >
Knowing the same to have been
feloniously stolen.

Taken and Sworn
before me this 14th.
Day of May 1772.
