The Information of Mary Bellinger< no role > Joseph
Ellidge
< no role > and Christopher Moxam< no role > taken
before me this 12th. day of February 1772

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the Said Mary
Bellinger
< no role > for herself says that in the night of the 19th day
of December last her house situate in Crown Court St James's
was broke open and robbed of Seven Silver Table Spoons two
Tea Spoons a large Soup Spoon and some Half pence the
Property of this Informant and the Said Joseph Ellidge< no role > for
himself says that about a Week before the Said Mary Bellingers
house was robbed, Peter Farrel< no role > & William Nicolly< no role > (lately
Transported) Samuel Higby< no role > William Monk< no role > and Joseph Bowman< no role >
now present desired this Informant would let them into the
Said Mary Bellingers house some night to rob it, that they
aforesaid five mentioned Persons about 2 o Clock in the night
of the 19th of December aforesaid came to the door of the Said
Mary Bellingers house and Whistled as a Signal to this
Informant that this Informant Immediately came down
Stairs and let them in that he stood on the Stairs Whilst
they broke open the Bar in Said house and then went up
to bed Says he is very sure that a Person now present
who calls himself Joseph Bowman< no role > is one of the Persons
that this Informant let in and robbed the said Mary Bellingers
house as aforesaidand the said Christopher Moxam< no role > for himself
Says that in the night of the 19th of December last about 12 o Clock
he was coming through Crown Court as aforesaid he saw
five Men near the Said Mary Bellingers house Says he doth
