Who on his Oath Saith that on Sunday
last about two O Clock in the Morning he, together wth,
James Nimmy< no role > and Sarah Younger< no role > Burglariously
Enterd the House of James Sheppard< no role > of Wapping
Wall and feleniously took and Carried there out
half a dozen Silver tea Spoons One pair of
Silver tea tongs, One tea Chest, two dozen
of Knives and two dozen Forks with Silver
handles and a Knife Case, (the said Sarah Younger< no role >
boiled the Said Knives and forks took the blades out
and threw them away) One pair of plain silver
Shoe Buckels & four Bottles of Spirits-Saith that
the Said Sarah Younger< no role > the Said Nimmy and
this Informant went and Sold the Above things
to Aaron Spencer< no role > Near Petticoat Lane (Except the
forty three Silver handles of Knives and forks and
one plain Silver Buckle which were taken upon
this Informant) for One GuineaSaith that
he this Informant together with the Said Sarah
Younger
< no role > , Thomas Ives< no role > , and James Nimmy< no role >
Burglariously Enter'd a House in Old Gravel Lane
and feloniously took and Carried there out thirty
Nine Chequed Shirts and One pair of red Striped
trowsers, Six Silk Handkerchiefs Spotted & sold
the same to the said Aaron Spencer< no role > Saith
that about a fortinght ago he together with Thomas
Younger
< no role > Sarah Younger< no role > and the Said James Nimmy< no role >
Burglariously
