Who severally being upon Oath say & first this
Informant David Rice< no role >
for himself saith that
he was at the Kings Hairy Road
at the Seven Dials
in the Psh of St Giles yesterday abt. 12 ' o Clock a Moon
& a person now present who calls herself Elizabeth
Baxter< no role >
was in Company with him & this Informant
then had Six Shillings & six pounds in Money in his left
hand Waistcoat Pocket & in the Company of the said
Woman he went to sleep in a Box in the said House
& soon afterwards he was awaked by the other Informt
James Ogle< no role >
who asked him about his money upon
which this Informt felt in his pocket & mist his money
then this Informant & the sd James Ogle< no role >
seized hold of the said Elizabeth Baxter< no role >
but she was
rescued by the Landlord of the House & another Man
& pushed her out of Doors & afterwards pushed this
Informt.out of Door& the said Jas. Ogle< no role >
out of
Doors but the said Elizabeth Baxter< no role >
was gone away
And these Informants James Ogle< no role >
& Elizabeth

for themselves jointly say that they saw
the said Elizabeth Baxter< no role >
sit by the said David
Rice< no role >
in the Box of the said House & saw her
put her left hand in the said David Rice< no role >
's
left hand Waistcoat pocket but what money
was taken out they cannot tell but some money
fell down upon the Ground
