Maketh Oath and Saith That on the Eleventh Day
of January Instant he this Deponent left a true
Copy of the Notice or Paper Writing hereunto Annexed
with a Woman at the House where the above
Prosecutor lately Lived and which is the last
place of his Abode to the best of this Deponents
Knowledge and Belief and further Saith that on
the same Day he also left a Life Copy of the
said Annexed Paper Writing with Elizabeth Bartor< no role >
who has for several Years cohabited wth. the said
Thomas Burrell< no role > for her to deliver the same to him
the said Thomas Burrell< no role > And Saith that if
he Could have Personally served the said Thomas
he would so have down
