Memdum-there was at the time of the Testrs: decease an Acct. depending between him &
Danl. Rayner< no role > as Capartners in Some Leather Mills in the County ofwhereon
this Exhibitant Jno. Edmonds hath reced the Same of £858:4:8 which is charged in the above
Jnory. but the Representatives of ye. sd. Danl. Rayner< no role > prtending to have a large Demand
out of the Testrs. Estate in respect of the sd. Copartners [..] & these Exhibitants insisting that
the sd. Danl. Rayner< no role > was further Indebted to the sd. Testr. they have Submitted the
Differences between them to Arbitration which being now depending these Exhibitants
cannot at present give an Exact Acct. thereof but if they shall receive any thing further
they will hereafter charge themselves therewith and if any Money shall be awarded
to be paid by them they Have to be allowed the Same out of the Sd. Testrs. Estate.

Memdumthe Exhibitant Edwd. Daniel doth Insist that he is intituled to one
Moiety of the Residence of the personal Estate of his father Henry Daniel< no role > deced which
came to the hands of his Brother the Testator who was Surviving Execd. of his Father
the sd. Henry Daniel< no role > And doth alledge that part of his sd. Fathers personal Estate did &
doth Consist in a Mortgage of a Messe or Tenemt. & prmes called the Fox and Knott
Inn Stituate in Fox Hall Court in Cow Lane near West Smith feild London
made by James Turner< no role > &his Wife to his sd. Father Henry Daniel< no role >
whereon he advanced & Lent the Principal Sume of £500 of wch. sd. prmes the said
Henry Daniel< no role > the Father was in Possion & reced the Rents & proffitts thereof to the
time of his death after whose decease the Testator his Son & Surviving Exd. reced
the Rents & proffitts to the time of his decease since whose death the Exhibitant
Jno Edmonds hath reced upwards ofout of the Rents and proffitts of ye. sd.
Mortgaged prmes And the sd. ExhibitantHenryEdwd Daniel laying Claim to one Moiety
of the Rents & proffitts. of the sd. Mortgage prmes pretending that the same are part
of the Residence of his sd. Fathers Estate but it not appearing whether there was
any Residence or not or of any what if doth amount to these Exhibitants cannot now
determine the Dispute between them but when the Same shall be Settled and
adjusted they will render a Just and time Acct. thereof

Memdum: that ye. Annuity of £14. P Ann payable out of ye. Exchegd . during the life of Danl. Frith wch.
is charged as reced in the above Jnary. up to Xmas 1731 is became determined by reason
of the death of the sd. Danl. Frith which hapned on the first day of Janry. 1731
