John Billingsley< no role > , at the Prosecution of
William Chapman< no role > for Felony

John Skutt< no role > of Great Alie Street in the Parish of Saint
Mary Whites Chapel in the County of Middlesex Gent
maketh Oath that on Monday last being the
Twenty first day of this Instant October he left
a Notice in Writing (Subscribed with the name
and Mark of the-said Defendants) purporting
that they the said William Wilkinson< no role > and John
Billingsley
< no role > the said Defendants would on Wednesday next the
Twenty third day of October Instant at Eight [..]
[..] O' Clock in the Morning of the same day Surrender
themselves to the Keeper of his Majesty's Goal of Newgate
and then and there or whenever the Justices of our
Sovereign Lord the King should please to order, Plead
not Guilty to and Try their Traverse upon the
Indictment by him preferred against them.
