Who being upon Oath say and first the said James King< no role >
for himself
says that he is Servant to the said Eleanor Rees. that on Friday Evening
last between 10 & 11 o'Clock he saw four persons now present who
call themselves Ardell Henley< no role >
William Parker< no role >
John Burn< no role >
and William
Eskins in the back Parlour of his said Mistress's house in Company
with another person now present who calls himself James Stewart< no role >
and the said Mary Ashley< no role >
for herself says that a person now present
who calls himself Ardell Henley< no role >
another now present who calls
himself William Parker< no role >
and another now present who calls himself
John Burn< no role >
and a fourth person came to her house and paid for
their Lodgings that the said William Parker< no role >
did not lie there but that
the said Ardell Henley< no role >
the said John Burn< no role >
and the said person
whose Name she does not know did lie there, that the said William
Parker< no role >
came the next Morning to her house and called the other
three up, that they got up accordingly and all the four went away
together, that the Said Ardell Henley< no role >
was called up on the Friday
Night after he had been in Bed Some time that he staid away about
half an hour and then returned to Bed again
