that he was present at this time of the Apprehending
the said Job Parker< no role > and when the abovementioned
Goods were taken upon him and that there were two
other Persons in Company with him One of whom
Snapped a Pistol at this Informant which
Flashed in the Pan but did not go off And when this
Informant had secured the said Job Parker< no role > he was
Sent back by the said Joseph Shaw< no role > to the Place where
Parker was apprehended &thathe had heard
something of Iron Dropt and he went back and
found the Chissel now Produced
