The Information of John Millbank< no role >
taken before me this 24th. day of
February 1770

Who being upon Oath says that he knows James Newman< no role > , Thomas Bowers< no role >
John Kellyhorn< no role > , and one Mary and one Margaret with whom he has
been concerned in Robberies, says that on Thursday Night last
the Said Thomas Bowers< no role > and the Said Mary & Margaret were at a
house ina CourtBlack horse Yard at the said Mary Hill< no role > 's where
the said Margaret robbed a Man that she was to have slept with
of three half Guineas that the said Mary & Margaret had each
half a Guinea of the Money & the said Thomas Bowers< no role > and
this Informant had the other half Guinea betwixt them, says
that on or about the 26th. day of January last the said Thomas Bowers< no role >
the said John Kellyhorn< no role > the said James Newman< no role > and this Informant
robbed a Man near the Crooked Billet by the Rope Walk Stepney of three
Guineas in Gold wrapt in Paper & ½ a Guinea & Some Silver & cut
his Pocket off with some half pence in it, that one day last Week
the Said Thomas Bowers< no role > and this Informant stole a pair of she its
from a House near Greenland Dock which were pawned by the
said Bowers's Mother who lives next door to the George in Ratcliff
Highway , says that the said Bowers and the said Newman stole the
Breeches with which Mrs. Mr. Dougall was stopped, Says that the
Night the said Footpad Robbery was committed they were all four
at Mrs. Mc. Cree's Black horse Yard a little before the Robbery
& likewise just after the Robbery was committed, says that the
small Pistols now produced are the same Pistols which the said Thomas
Bowers
< no role > the Said James Newman< no role > [..] said John Kellyhorn< no role > and this Informant
had with them when they committed the aforementioned Footpad Robbery
