This Information of Robert Thyer< no role > taken
before me this 29th. day of December 1769

Who being upon Oath Says that on Sunday Evening last about 10 o'Clock
as he this Informant was going home up Brownlow Street
he was stopped a few Yards from the Lying in Hospital in
Brownlow Street by a person who seized hold of this Informant
with one hand and presenting a Pistol to this Informant
with the other hand threatened to blow his Brains out if he spoke
a Word, that in the Mean time another person came behind
this Informant and seized hold of him with both Arms, that
the said two persons robbed him this Informant of upwards
of Six Pounds in Money and also of a Silver Watch, and
this Informant further says that he does verily believe
that a person now present who calls himself Benjamin
Jones< no role > is the person who presented the Pistol to this
Informant and robbed him of his Watch & Money as
aforesaid
