Who being upon Oath says that he knows William Tilley< no role > , Major Baker,
Robert Joy< no role > , John Carmichael< no role > This name instance is in set 3669. , Peter Perrin< no role > This name instance is in set 29103696. , Nathaniel Smith< no role > , william
Hughes< no role > James Cox< no role > Andrew Rogan< no role > with all of whom he has been concerned
in cutting and destroying several persons Looms and the Works therein,
says that on Monday or Tuesday Night was Sevenight he in Company with Robert
Joy< no role > William Tilley< no role > John Carnichael< no role > William Hughes< no role > commonly
called Roman Hughes< no role > James cox< no role > and one Ark Baker< no role > went from
David Owen< no role > 's at the King's head in King street where they had been
drinking from 7 o'clock until 12 to the house of Mr. Cromwell
near the Green Dragon in Moorfields into which house they broke
and cut and destroyed some Trimmings and Lane in his Ware house and
also carried away some more of the same, that the said James cox< no role >
carried away their Arms with him when they separeted after coming into
of the said Mr. Cromwell's house,says thataboutthe said James
Cox< no role > carried away also the Goods which they took out of the said Warehouse
says that about a Mouth ago the said Robert Joy< no role > William Tilley< no role > John
Carmichael< no role > William Hughes< no role > and James Cox< no role > and this Informant
broke into the house of Mr. Whiffin in Fashion street and cut and destroyed
the Works in his Looms which was Trimmings, says that some time ago
the said Andrew Rogan< no role > one Thomas Bowles< no role > , Peter Perrin< no role > This name instance is in set 2910. , William Hughes< no role >
one John Bindley< no role > the said James cox< no role > and some others and this Informant
cut and destroyed the Looms and Works therein belonging to a Liverty
Lace Weaver in Long Acre , says that some time ago the said saw Peter
Perrin< no role > This name instance is in set 2910. the Andrew Rogan< no role > the said Thomas Bowles< no role > the saidJames
William Hughes< no role > the said John Bindley< no role > and one Thomas Haywood< no role > and
this Informant broke into the House of one William Bayley< no role > near
Bethnal Green and that and destroyed some Works there and also
stole a Quantity of Ribbons and some Money
