Who being Oath severally say and first the said Digory Masters< no role >
for himself says that on a Saturday about a Month ago a Silver Watch
now produced [..] his property was stolen out of his House, that
he does verily believes that John Loveredge now present and a person
now present who calls himself John Cook< no role >
did feloniously take and
carry away the said Watch for that the said John Leveredge< no role >
was
in this Informations shop for a pair of shoes just before the said Watch
was missed, and the said George Rymer< no role >
, for himself says that he was
near the door of the said Digory Masters< no role >
at the time aforesaid when
the said John Cook< no role >
and John Leverdge< no role >
went in for a pair of shoes
that when they came out they shewed him [..] the said Silver Watch now
produced which they said they had stole in the said shop, that on the
[..] same day the said John Leveredige John Cook< no role >
and this Informant
went to fell the said Watch to a person was present who calls
himself Joseph Matran, that the said Joseph Martin< no role >
did accordingly
buy the said Watch knowing it to be stolen, and that he also bought
at another Time, a Silver Watch for twelve Shillings from the said John Leveredge< no role >
the said John Cook< no role >
and this Informant which they had stolen from Chelsea
knowing the same to be stolen, and the said John Glynn< no role >
for himself
says that the said Joseph Matian pledged the said Watch onwed
by the said Digory Masters< no role >
with this Informant
