The Information of Peter Graham< no role > taken before
me this 16th. day of August 1769

Who being upon Oath says that he knows John Bagnall< no role > , Shepherd
Strutton
< no role > , John Wood< no role > who are common Thieves, says that on Saturday
Night last the said John Wood< no role > , the Said Shepherd, Strutton and this Informant
broke upon the Cross Keys Tavern in St. Martins Lane and Stole therefrom
a Quantity of Plate which was carried away by the said Shepherd Strutton< no role >
and John Wood< no role > in order to Sell, that on Friday Night was sevenight
the said John Bagnall< no role > the Said Shepherd Strutton< no role > the said John Wood< no role >
and this Informant broke open a house in Russel Street Bloomsbury .
and stole, a Silver Snuff Box, 5 Silver Tops of Crewetts & Some Money that
the said Bagnall Strutton and Wood took away the said Snuff Box and Crewett
Tops in order to fell and brought to this Informant about 20 Shillings for his Share
says that some time ago the said John Bagnall< no role > the said Shepherd Strutton< no role >
the said John Wood< no role > and this Informant broke open the house of Mr Pujola
near Cavendish Square and Stolen about 17 Guineas in Money and Some
Plate and two five Guinea Pieces, that the said John Bagnall< no role > the said
Shepherd Strutton< no role > and the said John Wood< no role > took the said Plate to dispose of
says that about three Weeks ago the said John Wood< no role > the said Shepherd Strutton< no role >
the said John Wood< no role > and this Informant broke open a house near St. Anns
Church and Stole a large two handles Silver Cup two half Pint Mugs
& other Plate which was disposed of by the said Wood Bagnall and
Strutton, that about two Months ago the said John Wood< no role > the said John
Bagnall
< no role > and this Informant broke open a house in Rosamond's Row
Clerkenwell & Stolen seven Silver Table Spoons two odd Silver Salts, a
small Silver Candlestick & other plate which was carried to be Sold
by the said John Wood< no role > and the Said John Bagnall< no role >
