Indiermen Published as true to this Informant a Letter of Attorney
or order for the Payment ofthemoney now Produced. purpoting
to be a Bill of Sale, or order for the Payment of Wages Due
to one David Mitchell< no role > late Seamen on Board the said Verelst
that said Anning Personated said David Mitchell< no role > wrote the
Names David Mitchell< no role > at the bottom of said Bill of Sale, as
his own Name with an Intention to defraud. this Informant
of Eleven Pounds. and upwards. and farther says that said John
Anning< no role > signed theonreceipt for said Eleven Pound and upwards
on Back of said Bill of sale now Produced with he Names
David Mitchell< no role > which this Informant verily believes to be false
forged and Counterfeited
