The Information of William Hunt< no role >
of Stratford in Warsickshire Gent
taken before me this 12th. day of Decr. 1765

Who being upon Oath says that he is now and has been
over since the 1st. day of Decr. 1762 or there abouts a Receiver
of the Rents and profits of the Estate of the late Lady Carrington
[..] deterding in the High Court of
Chaneery between the Honble Robt. Lee< no role > and Christopher
P Oyleg
< no role > Esquires Plaintiffs and Robert Pringle< no role > Esquire and
there Defendants, in which Cause Thomas Frances< no role > and
James Gibson< no role > are Solicitors and that he was appointed Receives
as aforesaid by Virtue of an Order of the said High Court of
Chancery , says that in Decr. 1763 he remitted on the above
Account to Messrs. Francis & Gibson the Sum of £437..13..7
says that he recd a Letter from the aforesaid Mr. Gibson
which he believes to be of his hand writing dated the 24th.
of Decr. 1763 in which he acknowledges the receipt of a
Draft for the aforesaid Sum and upwards says that he
afterwards recd. from sd. Gibson or by his directions a she
verily believe A Writing in form of A Writing made by
the Clerk of the Report Office in the High Court of Chaneery
in the above Cause, purporting to be the Copy of a Receipt of
B Sabbarton Cashier of the Governor and Company of
the Bank of England for the Sum of four hundred thirty
seven Pounds thirteen shillings and seven pence being
paid into the Bank of England by this Informant in
pursuance of an Order from the said Court of Chancery
and also a Copy of a Certificate of Thomas languish< no role > Esquire
Accountant General of the High Court of Chancery of the
Payment of the said Sum into the Bank of England
in the above Account dated the 20th. of Febry 1764
and farther says that he is informed and verily
believes that said Writing is false for ged & Counterfeild
and
