and that said Writing was published to him by the said
Gibson as true knowing the same to he false Forged and
Counterfeited with Intention to deceied and Impose upon him
and thereby to Defraud him of the Sum aforesaid And this
Informant farther says that in the Month of Decr. 1765
he remitted to the aforesaid Messrs. Francis and Gibson
the Sum of four hundred sixty seven pounds Eleven Shillings
on Account of the Estate before mentioned and further says
that he recd. a Letter how produced Signed Francis and Gibson
[..] which he is informed and verily believes is the hand
writing of sd. Gibson acquainting him that he shon'd receive
his Account Etc by Mr. Peyton's Coach and says that agreeable
to this Inteligence he did receive the aforesaid Accounts by the
said Coach together with a Writing in form of a Writing made
by the bleck of the Report office of the High Court of
Chancery purporting to be the Copy of a Receipt of B Sabbarton
Cashier of the Governor Etc Company of the Bank of England
of the Sum of four hundred sixty seven pounds Eleven Shillings
being paid into the Bank of England by this Informant
pursuant to an Order of the said Court and also a
Copy of a Certificate of the sd. Thomas Anguish< no role > the Accountant
General of the sd. Court of the payment of the said Cash
mentioned Sum into the Bank of England and that he
verily believes the said last mentioned Writing to be also
false Horged and Counterfeiled by said Gibson or by hour
published as true, knowing the same to be false Forged
and Counterfeiled to this Informant with Intent to Defraud
him out of the said last mentioned Sum
