The Information of Elizabeth Ives< no role > taken
before me this 9th. day of Janry 1764

Who being upon Oath says that on the Night her Son
John Ives< no role > was Apprehended William Brown< no role > now present
delivered to her two pair of Silver Buckles now produced
a Silver Pint Mugg and other Things which he the
said Brown took away from her House the next Morning
further saith that She has frequently seen her said
Son and said Brown in Company together
