it was Molled down, and this Informt. further says, that She afterwards
Obtained a Wash from a Justice of the Peace
to Sent the sd. Cooks House
for the said Tankers, says that she went with Mr. Michael Saunders< no role >
a Constable
to attend the Searching the sd. House, says that they found
in the sd. Cooks House Piece of a very large Tankard, which she
verily believes to be the Parts of the very Identical Tankard which she
lost as aforesaid, and that She afterwards heard the sd. Cook acknowledge
before the Justice of Dean that it was the same Tankard which he bought
of Ann gold< no role >
, with aforesaid says, that she was present at the weighing the
Pieces of the said Tankerd before the Justice, that it weight 38 Ouneas
which was near the weight settforth in the aforesaid Advertisemt. and
Printed Notices, & says that she gave five Shilligs [..] six Pence an Onnce for the
said Tankard second hand,
