AN INQUISITION indented, taken for our Sovereign LORD the KING, at the Sign of the
Ship in Shakespears walk in the County of
Middlesex , the 19th. Day of April in the 43d Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third , by the Grace of GOD of the United Kingdom
of Great-Britain and Ireland King, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before Edward
Walter one of the CORONERS of our said LORD the KING for the said County,
on View of the Body of Ann Wilson< no role > then and there lying dead,
upon the Oath of the several Persons whose Names are hereunder-written and Seals affixed,
good and lawful Men of the said County, duly chosen, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to inquire, for our said LORD the KING, when, how, and by what Means, the said
Ann Wilson< no role > came to her Death, do, upon
their Oath, say, That the said Ann Wilson< no role > on the Eighteenth day A
april instant having Drank a Considerable Quantity
of Spirits called Gin was in her Bed Suffocated and as
of such Suffocation then and there instantly Died and
so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say
that the Died in Consequence of Excessive Drinking,

IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said CORONER as the said Joseph Thompson< no role >
the Foreman of the said Jurors, and the Rest of his said Fellows, have, to this Inquisition set
their Hands and Seals, the Day, Year, and Place first above-written.
