certain Horse a long The Kings Highway in the Parish and County aforesaid

casually and by Misfortune fell from the said Horse to and upon the Ground
By Means whereof he the said

Mortal Bruises of which said Mortal Bruises he the said John
Wylett then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon then Oath
aforesaid Do say That the said

Means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune Came to his Death
