and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said

On the Twenty Ninth Day of January in the Year aforesaid being the Driver of a
Waggon Loaded with Coals and Drown by Four Horses which was then passing
along The Things Highway in the Parish and County aforesaid And being Standing
on The Shafts of the said Waggon It so happened That he the said

then and there accidentally casually and by Misfortune fell between the sd Shafts
to the Ground And the Near Hind Wheel of the said Waggon Did then and there
passusion and over the Head of him the said

By Means whereof

Did then and there receive One Mortal Bruise in and
upon the Head of him the said

Of which said Mortal Bruise he the

then and there Died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath
aforesaid Do say That the said

in Manner and by the means aforesaid
accidentally casually and by Misfortune came to his Death And That the said near
Hind wheel of the said Waggon was the cause of the Death of the said

And is of the value of Five Shillings and the Property and in the Passession this Piper
of Langley widow or of her assigns
In Witness whereof, as well as the said Coroner, as the said
