S of our said LORD the KING, for the said County, on View of the Body of

then and there lying dead, upon the Oath of
the several Persons whose Names are hereunder-written and Seals affixed, good and lawful
Men of the said County, duly chosen, and who being then and there duly sworn and
charged to inquire, for our said LORD the KING, when, how, and by what Means, the said

Death, do, upon their Oath, say, That the said

not being of
sound Mind Memory and Understanding but lunatic and distracted in
the twenty seventh Day of October in the Year aforesaid at the Parish
and in the County aforesaid with a certain Razor there the Throat or
Gullet of him the said

did cut and penetrate
thereby giving unto himself one mortal Wound of which he
then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid do say
that the said

aforesaid in Manner and by the Means aforesaid did
