AN INQUISITION indented, taken for our Sovereign LORD the KING, at the House of
Alexander Anderson< no role > the Sign of the Royal Hospital Chelsea in
the Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea in the County of
Middlesex , the Twenty eighth Day of October in the Thirty ninth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign LORD GEORGE the Third , by the Grace of GOD of Great-Britain, France
and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before George Hodgson< no role > Gent
one of the CORONER S of our said LORD the KING, for the said County, on View of the Body of
Joseph Newsham< no role > then and there lying dead, upon the Oath of
the several Persons whose Names are hereunder-written and Seals affixed, good and lawful
Men of the said County, duly chosen, and who being then and there duly sworn and
charged to inquire, for our said LORD the KING, when, how, and by what Means, the said
Joseph Newsham< no role > came to his
Death, do, upon their Oath say, That the said Joseph Newsham< no role > on the
twenty fifth Day of October in the Year aforesaid at the Parish
and in the County aforesaid died by the Visitation of God
and not otherwise

IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said CORONER asthe said William Gibbs< no role >
the Foreman of the said Jurors, and the Rest of his said Fellows, have, to this Inquisition set
their Hands and Seals, the Day, Year, and Place first above-written.
