here lying dead by the oath of

aforesaid who being
now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord
the King when how and in what manner the said male infant came to
his death say upon their oath that a certain person or persons whose name
or names to the Jurors aforesaid is or are unknown on the sixteenth day
of July in the thirty ninth year aforesaid with fore and arms at the Precinct aforesaid
in the Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid in and upon the said the said new born
male infant in the peace of God and our said Lord the King then and there being
feloniously wilfully and of his horn or their malice aforethought did make an assault
and that the said person or persons with his her or their hands did then and there
feloniously wilfully and of his her or their malice aforethought strike and beat
the said new born male infant in and upon the back part of its head giving
to the said new born male infant then and there by such striking and beating
on the back part of its head as aforesaid one mortal bruise in and upon the
said back part of the head of the said new born male infant of which said
mortal bruise the said new born male infant did then and there die And so the
Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said person or persons
whose name or names to the Jurors aforesaid are unknown the said new born
male infant in manner and by the means aforesaid feloniously wilfully and of
his her or their malice aforethought did kill and murder against the pear of our
said Lord the King his Crown and dignityAnd that the said person or persons whose
name or names to the Jurors aforesaid are unknown at the twice of committing
the felony and murder aforesaid in form aforesaid had no goods or Chattels
Lands or Tenements within the City of London
aforesaid or elsewhere to the knowledge
of the said JurorsAnd that after he she or they had done and committed
the felony and murder aforesaid in form aforesaid with drew himself herself or
themselves and fled for the Same. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner
