prince of Water maketh Oath that he hath known the deced
about fifteen years-that Dept. saw the deced in his (the deced)
appartment at Carlton house about five Oclock on Saturday afternoon last Dept. had understood the deced had
been ill and low that day Dept asked the deced what was the matter it
was sometime before the deced answered he then sayed he was
troubled in his mind that he understood he had offended his Royal
higness-that he should be turned out of his place and that then he
should die in a Ditch like a Dog and be buried in a Ditch like
a Dog-That the deced then appeared very much agitated [..]
the deced soon after sayed there pointing to a Corner of the Room
there is his highness and major Lee talking about me I am
sure I shall be turned out of my place-Dept continued to
talk with the deced that he answered in coherently appeared
very much agitated Dept. track hold of his hand which was
very cold altho the deced appeared quite in a perspiration
That the deced sayed he wanted to go to the privy that the deced
went down Stairs as Dept. supposed to go to the privy and
soon after the deced was missing
