Informations of Witnesses taken at the
parish of Saint Dionis Back
church in the Ward of Langbourn
in London the 16th day of March
1799 on view of the body of Thos
[..] Hubbert there lying Dead

William Wood< no role > of No. 24 Love Lane little
East Cheap London one of the Patrole of Langbourn
Ward maketh Oath that last Thursday one bed
7 & 8 Dept being on duly going his rounds
be saw a croud of people in Lombard Street near
Clements lane which occasioned Dept to go to them
& inquire what was the matter where he was told there
was a poor man in liquor drank Dept [..]
the dead where he was going & he sayed, but hardy
to be understood to wit chasse the deced was standing
& then moved on Money yardspro [..] afterwds
Dept saw she deced again & asit and persons
assisted him on & across the Street, & left him
by the coroner of Saint Bennets Church in
Tenchurch Street This was about 8 oClock
Dept saw no more of himdept understood from
him that he had been drinking
