Charles Lynam< no role > of No 8 Aldermanbury Surgeon
maketh oath that Dept was called upon to see the deced
early last Thursday morng.-Says he found the deced on had
That he appeared to be much intoxicated, Dept [..] on
examining him observed a small bruise on his left sideThe
[..] same morning Dept saw him again & on examining him again
he discovered that one of his short ribs on the same side was
broken-Dept asked him how he had become hurt and he
told Dept he did not recollect any thing about it. Says he
saw him again in the one and found him in the agonies of
death & he died almost directly Dept says he believes the
deceds death was occasioned by some internal bruise or injury.

Eliza Dodd< no role > of Add Addle Street Spinster maketh
that last Thursday morning the deced who lodged at Depts
house was brought home about half past one-the appeared to
Dept to be much intoxicated and was taken up Stairs and put
into had-That Dept sent for Mr Lyanam to attend him Says he
died on Thursday eve
