aforesaid on the sixth day of November in the thirty eighth year of the reign of our Sovereign

aforesaid who being
now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when
how and in what manner the said

came to her death say upon their
oath that the said

not being of sound mind memory and understanding
but lunatic and distracted on the third day of November in the year aforesaid one end
of a certain Towel unto and about the railing of a certain bedstead in a certain room
in the dwelling house of

there situate and the other end of the said Towel
round and about her own neck did then and there fix tye and fasten by means
whereof the said

did then and there hang strangle and suffocate
herself of which said hanging strangling and suffocation the said

and there die.-And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that
the said

not being of sound mind memory and understanding but
lunatic and distracted did hang and kill herself-In Witness whereof as well

of the said Jurors on
behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence have to this Inquisition
