aforesaid who
being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the
King when how and in what manner the said

came to his death say
upon their oath that the said

on the fifteenth day of September
in the year aforesaid being driving a certain Coach drawn by two horses along and
through a certain publick road and Kings common highway situate in the parish
of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex
It so happened that the said
Coach
was then and there accidentally casually and by misfortune overturned
and the said

thrown with great force and violence from the Coach
box of the said Coach down to and against the ground there by means whereof
the said

did then and there receive one mortal bruise and fracture
in and upon the head of him the said
Thomas Edger< no role >
of which said mortal bruise
and fracture he the said
Thomas Edger< no role >
from the said fifteenth day of September in the year
aforesaid until the eighteenth day of the same Month of September in the same year as
well at the said parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid
as also at the before mentioned parish of Saint Thomas within the Borough
and County
aforesaid did languish and languishing did live and on the same day and year last
mentioned at the parish last mentioned within the Borough
aforesaid in the County
aforesaid he the said

of the said mortal bruise and fracture did die,
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said Thomas
Edger in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune
came to his death and not otherwise-In Witness whereof as well the said
