in the Ward of Farringdon

in London aforesaid on the thirty first day of May in the thirty sixth year
of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain
France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth

the prison of our Lord the King of the Fleet
situate in the parish and Ward aforesaid and
being then and there sick and languishing. It so happened that afterwards on the same
day and year lastmentioned the said

aforesaid by the Visitation
of God died a natural death and by no violent means or manner whatsoever
