Informations of Witnesses taken at
the Parish of Saint Michael Queenhith in
the Ward of Queenhith in London aforesaid
on the 15 day of January 1793 on view of the
Body of Benjamin May< no role > now had lying
dead

William Stephen< no role > of No. 8 five foot Lane Upper Thames
Street Waterman maketh Oath and saith that he had
observed the deced playing about the Craft lying in
Queenhith Dock and in the Evening being informed by Mrs.
May the Mother of the deceased that he was missing he
together with Benjamin May< no role > the farther of the deced went
to the Waterside to search after the dead supposing he
might have fell into the River Street after searching about
the Craft for about 20 Minutes he discovered the dead
lying on the Mud in Queenhith Dock that Deponent and
the deceds father conveyed him to the Kings Arms in Queenhith
aforesaid When means were used to Endeavours to Restore
the deced to life but without effect.
