the deced Dept. accordingly went with him that on going
into the Room Dept. found the deced lying on the Bed with
past of her Cloaths onDept. examined her pulse but found
no motionDeft. tryed to bleed hervery little Blood came
from her. her Features were as usual not dis [..] nor was
she in a state of saffocation but appeared to Dept. to be quite
dead that Durham the Husband war present that he appear [..]
very much affected at the death of his Wifebut Dept.
can't account in anyway what could occasion the deceds dead

Threadneedle Street London Cook maketh Oath that
the deced and her husband Samuel Durham< no role > have lodged
in a two pair of Stairs Room in Dept. house about two years
that they lived very unhappily Dept. has heard very
abusive language Tape between themand Dept. believes
[..] Durham has sometimes strech the decedthat he deced
was very much addicted to drinkingDept has seen he
intoxicated for a whole Week together that Durham
usually went cut of a Morning to his Businessthat on his
return he has found the deced very much intoxicated Dept
has heard him expostulale with her upon her being in that
statethat about a quarter past ten in the Night of Saturday last
upon Mr. Prior a Lodger saying something to Dept. they went up
to the deceds Room-upon going into the Room they found the
deced in Bed that she appeared to be deadthat a Mr. Barton
Mrs. Prior Mr. Millham & Durham the Husband were in
the Roomthat Durham appeared very much affected and
sayed "what shall "I do" what shall I do"
