Informations of Witnesses taken at the
Parish of Christ Church in the Ward of
Farringdon within in London aforesaid on the
20th day of November 1792 on view of the body
of John Stanley< no role > now here lying Dead.

William Denzell< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty< no role > 's
Gaol of Newgate and Wardman of the Sick Ward who
being on Oath saith that the deceased John Stanley< no role > has
been in the Sick Ward about her 5 days ill of a
decline that he continued growing worse daily until
last Night when he died that he was attended by the
Apothecary of the said Gaol and have every assistance
rendered to him that was necessary that the decline
of on said Was the Cause of his death.
