Information of Thomas Knowles< no role > living near the Church at Chelsea
in the County of Middlesex Shoemaker

Taken before me

Who saith that Thomas Eaton< no role > the deceased His Deponents Son in law
has been afflicted with a Consumptive Complaint in his body for
about Ten Months last pastthat he hath been a prisoner in the
Fleet about two a three Monthsthat Deponent bath [..] culled
him every Day for about a fortnight ha [..] and the deceased hath
also been attended by William Eaton< no role > the decesed's Mother who
is an apothecary that the deceased hath been in a very languishing
State for few days past and departed this life about one o'Clock
this Morningat which time Deponent and the deceased's further
wore attending upon him
