to the deced maketh Oath that
he hath been in the service of the deced since the 1st March
last that he was employed by Mr. Warner the son of the
deced to attend and look after the deced as his Companion
the deced being considered as an insane personthat the
next day after his first attending the deceased on he discovered
strong appearances of insanity in the deced that he would
not lay in Bed behaved very violently so much so that
he was obliged to be kept in Bed by forcethat the deced
talkedwhenvery wildly saying there were people in the
House carrying away the Goods when in fact no such
thing happened. That he continued in that state until
within this three or four Weeks when he appeared to get
somewhat better and more composedtalking more freely
and more sensiblethat the deced [..] and Dept. were in
deceds shop together about four O'Clock yesterday afternoonthat Dept. went
out in order to take a walk and left the deced in the Shop
with one of the Workman and a boy belonging to the Shop
thinking that the deced was got so much better that he might
venture to leave him for a little whilethat Dept. returned
a little after five O'ClockDept. inquired for the deced and
was told he was up stairs Dept. went up Stairs but could
not find the deced thereDept: and others of the family searched
all over the House but could not find the decedthat missing
the Key of the Necessary Dept. and the deceds Son went to
the Necessary and broke the Door open and on breaking
open the Door they found the deced hanging by a small
piece of Cord fastened round a Beam in the Necessary
quite dead and Cold
