say upon their Oath that the sd Woman unknown on the 5
day of Sept in the Year afd. being sick and diseased in he
Body of such sickness and disease did die and so & do
say that the said Woman unknown by the Visitation
of God died a natural Death and by no violent means
or method whatsoer.
