being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to Inquire for our said Lord the King
then how and in what manner the said

put by misfortune fall into the River Thames
and in and with the Water of the said
Rivers was then lately before suffocated and Drowned Of which said suffocation and
Drowning the said

Foresaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

manner and by the means aforesaid casually and by misfortune was Accidentally
Drowned In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
