good and lawful men of the City of London
who
being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquest said lord the King
when how and in what matter the said

came to her death say upon their Oath that
the said

not being of sound mind memory and understanding but Lunatic
and distracted on the ninth day of March in the Year aforesaid with a certain large knife of the
value of One penny which she in her right hand had and hate the Neck and Threat of her

with the Knife aforesaid did then a nd there violently cut giving to herself
the said

with the Knife aforesaid one Mortal Wound in and upon the Threat of her

of which said mortal Wound she the said

and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid so say that

lunatic and distracted in manner and by the means aforesaid did kill herself In
