within the Borog. of Southwark in the County
of Surrey on view of the body of William
Lee
< no role > then & there lying dead.

John Goss< no role > of the Constance from dartmouth now lying
in the River Thames a Mariner maketh oath that yesterday
as Dept. was in Lighter along the said Vessel Dept heard a
noise of something falling & or locking round he saw the dead
lying in the hard and as Dept. supposed [..] fell the plank
that lay from the Court [..] to the Jane. That Dept & others
immedy. went to his assistancebut he was dead, & appeared to have
received a hurt upon his dead
