London Information of Witnesses taken at the parish
of Saint Sepulchre in the Ward of Farringdon without
in London aforesaid on Tuesday the 4th. day of August 1789
on view of the Body of Joyce Lamb there lying Dead.

Hercules Young< no role > of Giltspur Street Frame worker maketh oath
that last saturday eve bet 5 & 6 Dept. observed a man playing an
hand organ in Giltspur Street & several Children about; that presently
a Cart laden with Stones drawn with three horses came along the Street
and the [..] near Wheel of the Cart ran against the Organ, threw the
organ man backwards in the Ground and he fell on two Children, one of
them the deced; that the Carman immed ran to the shafts and by his
excertions presented the Cart passing over the less of the Organ on an
Says the deced was hurt on the back of its head and its Scull peduced.
