Eleventh day of July in the Twenty ninth year aforesaid about the hour of two in the Night of the same day with Force and Armsal
London, that is to say, is the Parish and ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid the Dwelling house of one

from carrying into Execution and compleating his aforesaid felonious and burglarious
intention and in defence of the Chastity of the said

the younger a certain pistol loaded with Gun Powder and two leaden Bullets which he the said

Justifiably and of inevitable necessity did shoot off and discharge giving to him the said
John Eids them and there with the leaden Bullets aforesaid shot off and discharged by force of the Gun Powder from the said Pistol by him the said
