Information of Witnesses taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Christ Church
in the Ward of Farringdon within London
the 7th. day of July 1789 on View of the Body
of James Langley< no role > then and there lying
Dead

William Wright< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of
Newgate maketh Oath and saith he hath known the deced
James Langley< no role > about a Fortnight that he was also a Prisoner
in the said Gaol That he hath been in the Sick Ward where
Deponent attendsaboutthe whole of that time very ill with
on Fever that he continued very ill until Saturday Morning
Last the 4th. instt. when he departed this Life that he was
attended by the Surgeon of the said Gaol and that he has
no doubt [..] but the aforesaid disorder was the cause of his
Death
